Having lost the use of their vehicle due to the need to have it repaired following a road traffic accident, the innocent party faces the prospect of paying vehicle hire charges at the outset and awaiting reimbursement form the negligent party’s insurers.
Solus Accident Assist can relieve this financial burden by arranging for the non-fault motorist to be provided with a like-for-like replacement vehicle on a credit hire basis; we pursue the recovery of the replacement vehicle costs directly from the negligent party’s insurers. |
